Refund Policy

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions and, when approved, a prepaid return label.

We pay return shipping for approved returns and do not charge a restocking fee. Final-sale items, gift cards, and items damaged through misuse are not eligible unless required by law. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with order details and photos so we can make it right.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take 5–10 business days to post the refund. Orders may be canceled before shipment; after shipment, the return process applies.
